Sub-processors, and none receive your case evidence
Our role, and why it is an unusual one
EMP Intake Workstation runs on your machine. Your case database, evidence files, preserved originals, audit log and export packages never reach Falcrex. For that material we are not a data processor at all, because we never process it: you do, on infrastructure you control.
We do handle a small amount of personal data to run the business, such as the email tied to your licence, your billing record, and anything you send us in a support message. For that data Falcrex is a controller in its own right, not a processor acting on your instructions.
The practical consequence: for most buyers there is nothing on the evidence-handling side for a data processing agreement to cover, because the evidence never leaves your environment. If your procurement process still needs paperwork, email privacy@falcrex.com and we will work through it with you. EMP Intake Teams runs on a PostgreSQL server you stand up and operate, so the same principle holds there.
Sub-processors
These are every third party that can touch personal data connected to EMP Intake. This list is the current one and we update it here when it changes.
| Sub-processor | What it does, and what it touches |
|---|---|
| Paddle | Merchant of record. Handles checkout, payment, tax, invoices and refunds. Card details go to Paddle and never to Falcrex. |
| Cryptlex | Licence activation and edition validation. Receives your licence key, a hardware fingerprint, and the email address the licence is issued to. |
| Cloudflare | DNS, CDN, installer downloads, cookieless website visit and performance measurement, and infrastructure for EMP Intake WS and EMP Intake Teams map-resource delivery. EMP map requests exclude case content and map annotations. Cloudflare processes standard connection and resource-request information required to provide the service (DPA, subprocessor list). |
| Webflow | Hosts empintake.com and stores what you type into forms on the site. |
| Microsoft 365 | Email. Holds the support and sales correspondence you send to our falcrex.com addresses. |
Google Analytics 4 provides optional website page-view measurement only after you accept analytics. Google receives a browser identifier, limited page-view information and standard connection data, not form contents, evidence, filenames, licensing details or customer identifiers. Use Analytics preferences at the foot of measured pages to reject or withdraw consent. We do not enable advertising features or cross-domain tracking, and we do not use newsletter tools. These website measurements do not collect activity inside EMP applications. For EMP Intake WS and EMP Intake Teams, map requests go through a Falcrex-controlled map delivery service using Cloudflare infrastructure; they carry standard connection information and the map-resource request, never case content.See the Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
What none of them ever receive
No case records. No evidence files or preserved originals. No file names, hashes or folder paths. No audit log entries. No export packages. No usage telemetry about how you work a case. These are not settings you have to find and switch off; the software never sends them.
Where data is handled
Falcrex Systems Inc is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The personal data described above may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where these providers operate. Each provider publishes its own sub-processor list and data-location documentation, and where safeguards for international transfers are required we take reasonable steps to apply them.
For the formal language, read the Privacy Policy. For how the software behaves and what leaves your machine, read the security page.

Run a real case. Watch where the data goes.
No card, no sales call. The best way to believe that your evidence stays where it already lives is to watch it on your own files.
